3 hours a day from 2.30pm to 5.30pm from the 20th to the 23rd, plus 1 hour on the 19th from 9.30 pm to 10.30pm.
On the final day, the live show will run from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. Everything is recorded and accessible in audio and video streamable or downloadable. the price is 120€ for the live + the recordings. The payment details will be given once the registration is done.

The retreat place
The retreat is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
The methods are simple and effective, allowing you to go deeper and deeper to heal
The retreat will take place face-to-face
and online (3 hours per day from the 20th to the 23rd, plus 1 hour on the evening of the 19th).
We'll be in the Bauges regional park, at an altitude of 1000m, in a superb gîte surrounded by mountains and nature. It's just 25 minutes from the Chambéry TGV station. All around us, there are wide open spaces to enjoy the summer heat, practicing either indoors or under the trees. There's a magnificent view of the mountains. It's going to be really good for us to rest, recharge our batteries and let ourselves go deep into the energy field of nature and the universe.
Food, rooms and practice room
Our cuisine is based on organic and local products. It is vegetarian, balanced and well prepared. Meals are varied and sometimes include exotic flavors. It's a cuisine that makes you hungry! The practice room is large and bright, with a beautiful parquet floor to relax on the floor.

Timetable
The retreat will run from late afternoon on Wednesday 19th to 5pm on Sunday 23rd.
On the 19th, we'll have dinner together and then share a moment of presentation and practice with teacher Yuan and the French and international community. Indeed, this moment will be translated online worldwide to form a very large energy and consciousness field to start the retreat all together. On the following days, the schedule will be as follows :

For the last day, afternoon practice will be from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.

The retreat takes place either :
_ Face-to-face from Wednesday afternoon, July 19, to Sunday, July 23, around 4pm.
_ Online via zoom.us, 3 hours a day from 2:30pm to 5:30pm from the 20th to the 23rd, plus 1 hour on the evening of the 19th. On the last day, live coverage will be from 1:30 to 4:30 pm.
Online retreat
Course fees: €120
For 13 hours of online courses in English, translated into French, viewable online and downloadable in audio and video.

Money doesn't have to be a barrier to taking part in the retreat. If you need easier payment, we can arrange a payment schedule.

Please note that this is a gîte, and that the rooms can be adapted to accommodate one, two or more people. The fuller the rooms become, the less choice there will be of rooms available. I urge you to book as soon as possible to ensure that you get the room that suits you best.
For couples, there's a discount: you can have a double room
With shower: €486.40 all-inclusive for two people.
With shower on the landing: €456.40 all-inclusive for both people.

Pets are not accepted.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please specify them when registering for rooms.
You can come for the day without sleeping on site:
Tuition: 85€ per day + 33€ per day including lunch and snacks.
It is not possible to come to the site without paying a minimum of 33€ per day for accommodation.
Money shouldn't be a barrier to taking part in the retreat. If you need a payment facility, we can agree a payment schedule.
Fees for use of the site:
One day with lunch: 33€ per day
One day with lunch and dinner: 45€ per day
A day with 3 meals and access to the shower: 55€ per day
Daily fees must be paid directly to the gîte.
Registration:
Registration for the face-to-face retreat is finalized on receipt of a deposit of 150€.
As the retreat takes place soon, the deposit will not be reimbursed, except in special cases.
