Renew your life
“Through the practice of open and close the 4 palaces, I found that my life was little by little leaving the endless night. The background of the sadness I was feeling gradually disappeared. The light of dawn shone through, illuminating the void. I let go of my inner fear and insecurity. I let go of my egoistic attachement. My heart burst with joy and became full of strength"
He Yueyue, woman, 33 years old.

What is the practise of open and close the 4 palaces ?
This is a new method proposed by Dr. Pang in 2019. The Xi'an Center has explored this method in depth. For nearly two months, their teachers team practiced sessions continuously, in shift, 24 hours a day. The intensive practice has allowed them to accumulate a wealth of experience, and many students at the Xi'an Center have achieved remarkable results and benefits through open and close the 4 palaces
Currently, this is the central practice of all courses at the Xi'an Center.
The method is very simple to practise and direct to learn,
yet it is very powerful !
Use your self healing abilities
“I Learned to know and feel my consciousness. Now I use it to solve my body problems and my daily life issues. I had chronic pains in my knees. Every day, I insisted to practise over and over again, finally my legs got better, more flexible, and completely restored to normal.” Liu Zhiqin, woman, 66 years old.

The Xi'an Qigong center and its teachers
Click below for a short introduction

The Xi'an center is the largest Qigong research center currently operating in China. To date, it is the active center most similar to the Huaxia center created by Dr. Pang from 1989 to 2001. Dr. Pang is in direct contact with the center's director and teachers to guide and inspire their research, practices, and teachings. There are about 40 teachers working at the center. Almost all of them are graduates of Dr. Pang's classes. They have received excellent training and have been teaching Zhineng Qigong for 20, 30, or even more than 40 years. People come from all over China to regain their health or improve their practice level at the Xi'an center. It consists of a traditional chinese medicine clinic, a research department, a healing department, an international department, and a teaching and practice department. The teachers who guide our retreat are very experienced. They were trained in the late 1990s at the Huaxia Center. For more than 20 years, they have been deepening their practice and teaching of Zhineng Qigong. They organize international courses in France, Spain, Holland, Mexico, Latin america and online with participants from all over the world.
We will have the opportunity and pleasure of spending 21 days with them. We will be able to share classes and daily life with them. They are deeply simple and warm people who are committed to living a happy and harmonious life in order to contribute to the well-being of all humanity. .
21 days healings and deep practises
in Thaïland
We will meet in northern Thailand in the peaceful countryside around the city of Chiang Mai. This city is the spiritual capital of Thaïland because of the large number of Buddhist temples located there. We will be surrounded by places of remarkable beauty that you can visit at your leisure during the weekly rest day. This powerful spiritual setting will be conducive to deepen our practice and improve the effectiveness of our treatments.
The retreat will take place in a magnificent center: Tao Garden, run by Taoist master Mantak Chia. He is a world-renowned master for the quality of his practices and teaching. The center contains a forest inside filled with old trees, making it a very peaceful and rejuvenating place. We will be able to relax deeply and focus solely on our practice. There is a powerful qi (energy) field that supports the entire place. We will benefit from the generosity of this environment, which is both natural and filled with the vitality of decades of high-level practices.

Reborn
"When I practiced opening and closing the four palaces, I realized that there was no longer any inside or outside. My whole body became one with the universe, there was no longer any sensation in my body; there was only a ‘state of being’ that observed everything that was happening. I was gradually reborn as a new me. As the pure, original energy of the universe continued to melt into the body, a joy for this new life rose in my heart, and a complete ‘me’ was renewed, like a flower that grew in strength and blossomed in my heart."
